Thank you for the wonderful stay! Gloria was so friendly and accommodating, great customer service, housekeeping and the rest of the staff were all customer oriented....had a great stay for our Chicago girls weekend stay!

Horrible! Room service. Waited 35+ minutes to get someone on the phone. And later into our night we discovered Ticks in our bed! Never! Again will we stay here

Love it!! We come here every year and stay at this hotel. One of the better Marriott properties
I have stayed here for the last fifteen years when the NRA is in town. The place looks great! The rooms are bright and clean albeit still small. The hallways are brighter too. The new pantry and lobby are great place to have a meeting or just chill. Great staff as always.

Great location! Some of the city's top restaurants within a 1-5 block radius. The top floors offer excellent views of the city.The 24-hour food mart and Starbucks were a huge plus!
