Very unorganized. Had to make about 6 calls to find the reservation made under a wedding party. Too crowded in front with parking and drop offs. Room was very good. Restaurant had long lines.

First off, let me say, the location is great. The check in was quick and timely. The lobby is lively and has a lot of amenities. Hotel is right on the Magnificent Mile next to Nordstrom and Forever 21 with so much around you to do within walking distance. Now to the bad stuff....I was disappointed in the room cleanliness. My husband and my ten month old daughter were in a room with one king bed and a pack and play. Excellent, world class experience-here for a business conference. Shout out to Jaime, one of the servers, who obviously caught my disappointment when I asked for a Diet Coke, was informed it was a Pepsi hotel but then surprised me 5 minutes later with a Diet Coke, saying he searched in the back and found one for me.
Nice hotel, rooms are on the smaller size & the A/C was not keeping up! Lobby bar closes too early, staff was very nice and helpful.

The location is wonderful and very clean room, but room design is somewhat old.
