My husband and I checked in (he is Platinum status) yesterday. Upon entering our room on the 40th floor, we were SHOCKED to find someone else in our room. In bed. Imagine her surprise also!!! We returned to the front desk to inform them of this major mix up. We were moved to another room on the same floor. This time, we were put in a room immediately next to the elevator so guess what we heard ALL NIGHT LONG?? The place is expensive but it’s convenient for shopping, dining and so much more.
Room was very clean, soft bed& pillows (That goes along way) Just wish we had a microwave in our room. staff was very friendly check in and out. Door guy was very friendly as well

The city view is amazing. The rooms are transitioning due to an entire hotel remodel but you aren't really aware of noise or dust. Staff is A+ and attentive to anything and everything. My one complaint is the steep valet prices, $61,a night if you drive your own car to park, $48 for self park. But its my understanding that the parking company is not owned by the hotel and the prices are very competitive.
