Great location. Very nice facilities. Large incidentals fee they don’t tell you about upfront. Fee reversed at end of stay minus any incidental costs of course.

I loved this hotel great views of downtown and Lake Michigan on high floors very friendly staff I would definitely stay there again

We loved it. Clean, elegant, nice. Perfect location, close to everything to see. Gloria at the concierge desk is the best. She is caring, professional, knowledgeable a wonderful person. I highly recommend this place.
