Tried to check in and about 30 people waiting in line. Only 2 people behind the desk. Haven’t moved in line (although hard to tell b/c there is no line just a mob). I expect more from a Marriott

Awful customer service. Stayed here on a getaway with my hubby 7/21-7/26/18. Screwed up my reservation, our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 pm. Put in a downsized room the first night. I even called two days before arrival to make sure reservation was correct. I will never stay here again.

Our View was great being down town was perfect and the beds were comfortable but the pillows could use attention and we had to ask for wash cloths and toilet paper that house keeping didn’t stock and seemed bothered when asked our first day, but overall great stay.

I would like to say Thank you to the security staff at your hotel for shipping my lost bag containing personal items and a very expensive bracelet. I lost my bag Saturday and was very disturbed, praying someone would turn it in. I appreciate the prompt emails that you all sent and the returning of my property!
