We Daughter Jasmine and I checked into the hotel before the Yanni concert. The staff and everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to answer questions or concerns. Our view was really nice. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Felt very safe.Thanks for making our stay a good one!

This was actually a nice hotel. We got lost at first trying to find the actual parking of the hotel but I talk to someone they stayed on the phone with me the whole time until we got into the valet service part. The room was nice and clean and nice view. In walking distance from basically everything. But over all I will be coming back again and staying at this same location.

We always enjoy the Marriott on Michigan Avenue for it's convenience to shopping and getting around the Magnificent Mile for our purpose. I love the view from the higher floors, which they accommodated, but we excepted the room that was available behind the elevator, but it was a bit too noisy. (We didn't have to agree to it but it was our need to check-in early). We wished for a microwave. Overall, the guest hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will return as usual because we are reward members.

It was great other than the fact that the entire room smelled of mildew. Like the shower curtain hasn’t been actually washed and dried in well....ever. Super gross. But nice otherwise.

This hotel sucks avoid staying here at all costs. The A/C barely works, the front desk staff were totally unhelpful and couldn't get me a normal room so instead I'm in a handicap accessible room and it is at the end of a winding hallway across from a stairwell, which has a door that doesn't close. The room isn't totally furnish, the bathroom door doesn't open all the way and there is no tub. The beds are very soft and old.

My boyfriend and I checked in to the hotel and the lady by the name of Gloria was so amazing ... Because I work for one of the Sister hotel it's was amazing to see how me being the Guest reaction to different situation . It was amazing . My birthday weekend she made Me comfortable ...
