Online states that the rooms have bath tubs. When we got into the room it had been renovated which looks nice but with no bath tub. After a long day of walking in Chicago all I wanted to do was relax in a tub. When I complained all they did was give me 3,000 reward points... Checked out today after staying for three nights and looked at the bill. Was charged valet parking and three days worth of self park. I love this Marriott! We’ve stayed there many times on our visits to Chicago. They treat us very well on check in. The reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is we asked for a pack and play by phone the night before, at check in and we had to call 3 more times before it was finally brought to our room 3 hours later. We also only had 3 towels for 5 people. But when we called for them they came quickly! Overall I love staying there. The atmosphere is sweet and festive!!

All my requests through the Marriott app were fulfilled. I wish they would give Lifetime Platinum guests breakfast on the weekends though! The best location on the Magnificent Mile!
