We are here for the NAR convention, came in three days early for some sight seeing, thanks for the early check in, room upgrade, 24 hour gym, ear plugs for the city noise, and letting us stay in the same room, when we check in for the Conference love the location!
This is a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the Mile. The customer service is exemplary, especially Alexandria, our check in hostess. Love this hotel!

I was treated excellent. This Marriott has excelent customer service. I rate it at 4 because my riom needed updating and checking in took long. Also they have a huge issue with the airco that they are aware of, however needs fixing. Also missing a jacuzzi and pool.
Absolutely loved it. Amazing bed �. Fantastic view from 36th floor . Perfect location and amazing staff. Definitely recommended �
