This is the BEST breakfast in Chicago! The buffet is amazing and the service is excellent!
After almost a week of putting up with a bunch of sloppy dirty drunken partygoers from IML CONVENTION you'd think that the staff would be over it, I wanted to say Jill who took care of housekeeping on the 21st floor was amazing always a smile a kind hello and a beautifully cleaned room thank you Marriott and thank you Jill for a great time!
Great Hotel! Great Staff! Excellent Customer Service during my 4 night stay! Thank you for your great hospitality! Though you really need a hot tub, that was my only and one disappointment. Still I give you 5/5!

Had a wonderful stay! Our flight was canceled and our stay was extended. Lucky for us, we had the opportunity to remain at this hotel!
Great location for business! Great amenities, nice rooms plus an *Amazing* Staff! Other hotel chains could learn from this one! LOVE The Concierge Lounge! Excellent!
