Have never felt worse about a purchase than this one!!! Just bought a new 2500 n there was 6000 off on the website n when it came time to purchase they kept giving me this song n dance, being a vet myself didn’t feel very appreciated. Will not be coming back to make another purchase!!!!
Service department absolutely sucks!!!!! Showed the advisor the issues with my truck... Gives me a song and dance about the warranty company.. then tells me that the seat belt operation is normal after telling me the night before that it shouldn’t do what it does..... the seat belt locks my passenger in position so they can’t move unless they unbuckle the belt retract it and then buckle it again... I’ll be going back to the dealer where I purchased my truck..... Chevrolet of Dover has lost any and all future business of mine... read more
