My wife and I had never been to a car dealership before. So we had no idea what to expect; we were somewhat nervous. But as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with a “Hello” and a smile. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly, especially James. James was very friendly and honest. He made sure we got the best deal possible. He made our first visit to a car dealership a great experience. I would definitely recommend Chevrolet of Dover.
Nice group, not EXTREMELY pushy ....I did not purchase , as car was still a little out of my price range......but would have if it had been cheaper
Awesome dealer!! Had my '17 Camaro ZL1 in recently for warranty work, and they did a great job. Michelle was amazing with customer service and communication and the shop did outstanding work and treated my baby like it was their baby. Couldn't be happier!

Superior service to repair our car due to a collision and excellent customer service.
My wife took her 2016 Chevy Trax to get a tire repaired that had a nail in it. We had purchased a wheel and tire protection package at the last location my family was stationed. It took them 3+ hours to plug a tire. Service representative was rude to my wife and told her he was put on hold by the warranty service representatives and for future service she should take her vehicle back to the dealership where we purchased the vehicle (in another state) or go elsewhere because they did not want to deal with the warranty service... read more
