I was going to look at a new suv from them but i will after the way they treated my sister. This dealership is awful. They have no idea what customer service is. They say they will make the issue right but no never actually do anything. They have no idea what detailing means even after She complained. they said they were going to make it better and detail it again which they didn't, the car was still dirty. I recently took my car for a diagnostic due to some issues I has having. When I made the appointment I was ensured if they did not have to take 3 hours on the diagnostic it would be used towards the repair. I was quoted an outrageous amount to have the repair done, which I had to pay the $150 diagnostic on top of that. It was a simple repair that we could get done cheaper.
