Don’t buy a car here! Before I have even made my 4 th car payment my alternator is trashed ! I’m having to pay $400 already for it to be fixed ! I asked them about seeing what the noise was and they told me it was $160 just to have the car diagnosed!!!! I had to have another mechanic do it ! They sell cars with bad parts in them !! Got the alternator replaced and now the car is stalling and the engine light goes back on !!!

My household has purchased 3 vehicles from there since Sept 2018. We will not be back. Will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as Delaware Professional Regulations. Might even contact the DOJs consumer complaint Department. Disappointed as we purchased from them when they were Townsend Bros. and had a great experience, unfortunately the new management has done a disservice to their customers.
My husband and I bought a 2016 Equinox from Chevrolet of Dover this past Wednesday. Jeremy worked his butt off to find us something that we wanted. I absolutely love our new equinox. Thank you Chevrolet of Dover! ❤️
