No one walked out to help us when we got there so we had to walk inside to find a salesperson which told us they were not interested in selling a vehicle that day. Before we even looked at or test drove the vehicle to see if we even liked it we were asked all information including what payment we were looking for and for our credit info. The salesperson and manager both said they probably couldn't make the deal we were looking for before we even were offered to look at the truck. Chevrolet of Dover just saved our day! As I was heading down to the state fair today with my family of 5, our tire pressure light came on. We pulled over to find a nail embedded in our rear tire. Instead of taking the risk to continue to the fair (and come out to a flat tire), we turned back around and headed to Chevrolet of Dover with fingers crossed they could help us! The used car manager was friendly but his offer for my 2007 Corvette Convertible 3LT with 49K was at the very low end book trade. He said he would get back to me but I haven't heard anything since.
Ever since ownership changed service is beyond horrible. Will not be returning
