Went there to test drive a vette and the salesperson wanted to run my credit!! Ha. Umm no! They wouldn’t let me test drive it. Too bad because I had 50k to put down and would have bought it right after. Went elsewhere and treated better... their service Dept is horrible as well.
Everyone was great!! Even got to meet the owner and chat with him a bit. Great team at Chevrolet of Dover I recommend them highly.

Fire management in the service department. Called Monday, got a message and asked to call me back. No call. 2nd bad time with them. Done forever.
Their service department !!! I scheduled a service appointment online of the day it is convenient for me and my schedule. I get a call this morning to tell me it isn't available and that they don't availability until next Tuesday...That isn't convenient for me...I have several doctor/dentist appointments that day. What is the point of having this option on the website...if they call you the next day to tell you ... sorry you can't have that appointment time. Now I have to find another place to take my car. Great job... :(
After many weeks of looking at cars we ended up at Dover Chevrolet and was not disappointed. The process was easy and the staff was straightforward and attentive. They worked to get us into the car we wanted and didn’t try to push a more expensive vehicle on us. This is the second time we have bought a car from here and both times we have left the dealership very happy.
