Specialties Imagine a system where care is based on value, not volume. Imagine a health system grounded in population based strategy, not market share. Imagine a health system that rewards quality, not quantity of procedures. Imagine a health system where patients, when well informed, receive only the care they want and need. Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H) is a nonprofit academic health system that serves a patient population of 1.9 million in New England.Across the D-H system, we annually have more than 1.7 million outpatient vi... read more

Laying here in pain even after an office visit that I will be expected to pay for despite the fact that my calls and messages are being ignored when what I really need to do is sue for malpractice for examination of my x-ray by someone that was not qualified to diagnose them
I hate this place. Incompetence. ER is the worst 😡
I have so many stories that I don't even know where to begin. So I'll just list them. 1. Once went in for a pap smear and it came back as a throat culture. 2. The time I went to the ER after being attacked by a dog. The ER doc proceeded to stitch up my wounds and I told him that he shouldn't be doing that due to threat of infection. Doc asked me where I got my MD from. 48 hours later I was back in the ER with massive infections in my wounds. 3. I have an elderly aunt that has chronic pain and they have pulled all of her medication. 6 years she has been managing her pain and been able to be active because she had a superb doctor and she moved here and is forced into chronic pain, she can't eat has lost her mobility because of her pain it is disgraceful. The patient representative is useless, and we wonder why we have a heroin epidemic. Be ready to see a picket line and WMUR after her appointment tomorrow if they don't help her, her family is going to rally behind he... read more
I have had two inpatient orthopedic and podiatry surgeries and the staff was so compassionate and caring. I had the best podiatrist in the world I'd say to reconstruct my ankle - dr.heidi newkirk the orthopedic team for my knee is lovely i thought the PA Stacy was so sweet and understand . Nursing staff inpatient was great as well
As a professional in another Doctors office, I often need to call other mutual caregivers/Doctors/Nurses to confirm protocol they would like followed for their patients while in our care. I needed to call today to the cardiac department to ask such a question. I spoke with a nurse who could not have been ruder if she tried, she actually sighed at my question.....I was put through to a Doctor Gendron, who was professional, kind, and answered my question very nicely....and no sighs!!
It was a very good visit with the hubby everything went great
