I have been sitting on the doctor's office for over 2 hours. Appointment at 10:45. Come early and 20 people in line at check in. Half hour wait to see the doctor who sends my son for X-rays. Over 40 minute wait because they ordered ankle instead of wrist X-rays. Back upstairs and waiting for over an hour because I don't even know why. You are providing a service and you should treat people with the decency you expect to be treated. Shameful. My son has missed an entire day of school because no one has their act together.
I went to Cheshire medical urgent care for a ski injury, had an X-Ray, needed crutches, leg braces and oxycodon. Saw the orthopedic surgeon two days later to go over my X-Rays, fortunately my leg isn't broken however the orthopedic surgeon suggested a MRI because of the pain I was in and how swollen my leg was. Unfortunately Cheshire medical only had an appointment 8 days out, I asked if I could get a referral to have it done at another hospital because this hospital has MRI's 24 hours. My husband recently spent 4 days in ICU. The best nurses, doctors and kitchen staff you could ask for! Very caring and attentive to your needs. Never rude. I stayed with my husband the entire week and never felt I was in their way. Thank you for all you do!!
The clinic part is that bad, as long as you get the right doctor. The keene er sucks ass. Needs more staff and they need to check on patients more often then once every 2 hours
I was a resident of the Cheshire medical center for two months last spring following my cancer surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon I was able to go home after my surgical wounds had finally subsided. The nursing staff at Cheshire was "Outstanding" there are women on staff there that I will never forget. The dedication to patient care is outstanding with little exception.
