The people at Cheshire medical are professional, courteous, compassionate and knowledgeable in their skill sets.
One of the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of getting the care or medicines I need. Have to repeatedly follow up just to make sure that they actually call in a script when they say they will... Doctors and staff are over worked and don't give enough time for their patients. Will most likely seek a different location for my medical needs shortly... And then when I do follow up they can't even give me a time frame for how long it will take them to call in my script after taking off from work (over an hour away) so I can kn... read more
Your Security employees need extensive training......the two individuals that i have come in contact with have been so totally unprofessional and lacking the basic skills of dealing with the public and the people they are in charge of, that i am embarrassed to admit that CMC is part of my community. Training should be an on-going process that all members of your staff should be ordered to attend on a mandatory basis. I would be willing to bet that I am not the only person that has complaints.
