Recently my girlfriend whom is a TBI was sent there for multiple symptoms of a concussion and was left unattended for 3 hours while waiting to be seen. I think proper measures should of been to put her in a bed with rails up and be monitored close until proper care could be provided. I had to call in on her behalf to get some action.
