No parent wants to experience an ER with their child, but I can't say enough about how fabulous they were with us and our 2 year old!! They did a great job, were so helpful, efficient and kind!! Thank you so much for making a scary|stressful situation such a good one!!
I was at this hospital January 30th 2015 to be induced with my son..I have heard horror stories abouy this hospital...I went in and the nurses were very nice, my doctor (cant remember what her name was) was AMAZING!! I had my twins in 2003 in Dover NH, I hemorrhaged and almost died. I was so scared when I was induced in Keene that it would happen again. lost my records Ordered wrong RX Didn't send one rx and it took me 3 days to straighten out DISORGANIZED Great at passing the screw up responsibility to some one else
Worst hospital ever sent a family member out to Worcester without any of there stuff refused to speak with the person or the hospital they sent them to and because they were told they are a joke its a threat however they call Worcester to let them know were there belongings are going games and games go else were if possible
