Dr. Pattison and the staff in urology department are amazing!!! My parents who are from another country felt well respected and understood! Everything was explained well! Such a great experience! I am very proud to be a part of this facility!!!
Er was so slow and not even busy you saw all the staff standing around talking when the waiting room had sick kids that needed to be seen. And the lady at the desk was extremely rude. Honestly worst ER.
The worst emergency room to take a child to highly recommend peatabro er or any other er if at all possible this er mite as well be renamed the city morgue with how bad they are

Before seeing a doctor in allergy/immunology my husband called the clinic for an estimated charge as cost was a factor in his decision to seek care and we do not have traditional insurance. After several calls, he finally was told via phone that the charges would be $300 to $700 depending on what was done. The Keene Hospital has been my hospital for nearly 40 years, since I was born there. Yet, this year I have witnessed the most disturbing organizational behavior and mistreatment in my life. My husband had foot surgery and the Dr and all nurses that were involved in assisting the Dr and the nurses who helped my husband afterwards were awesome. I know they won't see this or maybe they will I would like to say thank you to them and how much I appreciate everything..
