The triage nurse and Brianna Seaver were really great. Was seen for a virus and worried about needing antibiotics. They were very compassionate towards me and my anxiety. Gave me some natural remedies to try before taking antibiotics. Whether they work or not I don't know yet but was grateful for the suggestions.
Went to the ER. We are from out of town, so this hospital was new to us. Everything was amazing. We got in and out quickly. The staff was polite, experienced and very professional. Grateful to have such a good experience.
We are from Rhode Island and my husband had an accident at the motocross track in NH and broke his wrist. I took him to the closest hospital and I was amazed at every step of the way as soon as we got through the doors in the ER. Everyone was so friendly and pleasant and it was very clean and organized. His nurse Rob was the BEST. He went above and beyond to help us. Even the Drs that came in to see him were pleasant and had excellent bedside manner. I was very impressed. Great job
They gave my 17 yr old son the HPV vaccine without my permission!!!!The law allows 15 yr olds to make decisions about sexual health without parents permission. I don't care what the law is.I expected them to use common sense and call me first!!! I am so angry!!! My children will never go back to DHMC Keene.
Made appointment to see Dr. Explained why I needed to see Dr. and not PA. Had to wait several weeks for appt. with Dr. because he has busy schedule. No problem. Arrived to see Dr. and when I got to the examination room found I was going to see PA even after I explained why the PA could not help me. Paid $50 for specialist appt. and insurance paid even more. Just stuck here still my fault not there's. It is just there is allot of patients and not enough doc plenty of helpful nurses as well as nurses aids, that bend over backwards to make u happy and there amazing. But it's like playing chess trying to get your doc to come let u know what's going on with u. Might I ad i had actually had a 5 star for er surprising I know but they got me right in and quickly fig out the prob.
