I've been going here for 2 months straight with NO HELP AT ALL!
I've been in for three days. I've been told several different things and at this point just want answers. Your nurses and lna's are positively lovely and I'm so appreciative of how kind theyve been. The hospitalist is also very very sweet, but never in my life have I been so spoken down to, disrespected and ignored by a doctor. I have chronic kidney and bladder problems and dont always present normally with these things. I am passing gravel and having severe pain when in the bathroom? Currently on my 3rd hour of waiting with my 8yr old son who has been randomly vomiting, having chest pains, a headache, body aches and funny feeling to face & mouthy. A gentleman came in who I over heard recently had foot surgery and was concerned his incision was opened triaged & was taken right in. Some time goes by an infant who appeared to look ok ( I know looks are not always as they appear) triaged and also taken right in. Some of the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with, BOTH my parents are in the hospital so yes I call frequently to check in ,say good morning and good night, and what not. Almost every time I call the people who answer the phones are THE WORST never say thank you , cut you off mid sentence and transfer you while you are still talking! I had one lady argue with me today and give me such an attitude I could not believe it( I'm told every other time I need to ask different either by room or name) as far as the nursing staff... read more
booking appointments for a 90 yr old man 4-6 weeks out. Never call back. Rude people on the phone. Especially in Ortho and pulmonary.
My brother in law had a seizure and when he was brought in the nurse and staff where acting very unprofessional And being very rude. But if he was to die there you would feel absolutely terrible...
When I had laryngitis, and my fiance had been killed by a drunk driver, I had not slept for days. I fell inside my home & was on crutches. The two things I needed, I was never given, & this hospital medically kidnapped me. I was NEVER given anything to sleep, nor any medicine for my cough. I was falsely diagnosed, & given a room that did not have a bathroom in it. I was only on liquids, & had an IV from dehydration. Nursing staff is extremely rude. If you call for anything it is a such a huge inconvenience to them to do their jobs. Doctors are constantly leaving and you get passed off to another at a completely different location with no say so. I've had 3 leave in under a year, all different departments. If you complain about the service or attitude of the staff, nothing is done. They have a patient relations person who only took me seriously after I said I was filing a complaint with the NH medical board. Shouldn't have to threaten ex... read more
