I have had an issue for more than five years and they kept laughing about it and not helping at all! Went to Leb and they figured out the issue in less than 15 mins! I will never ever stepmfoot here again!
went to the emergency room with my 3 year old who has possible strep, hadn't barely drank or ate anything in a day. after being triaged was told a doctor would be out shortly to grab her and atleast get things started (might have to sit back in waiting room but would get the ball rolling) and after 3 hrs we had to give up. never once saw a doctor. i asked how much longer the wait would be (seeing as people who came in after us were being taken back while my 3 year old grew more and more upset) and was told by an unhappy staf... read more
RecommendedBest hospital and medical care in New Hampshire and Vermont. My primary care physician Joshua Toll M.D. is extremely knowledgeable. If he dosen"t know the answer he sends you to someone who does.
Some drs do not see patients but deny needs...as with Nancy Johnson...her nurse or receptionist took a survey over the phone, I was not given an appt but my need was denied. She is not qualitifed to help lung patients/
Had a very unpleasant stay here with LESS than adequate care. Needless to say, my brother came into the ER after having a motocross accident. He suffered a partial collapsed lung and 5 fractured ribs (undetected by the nurses and doctors even though XRays were done and the pain was complained about) . After being sent home we were less than happy with the care he received so we went to a different facility only to find he has 5 broken ribs. How do you miss this?! Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE!!!
RecommendedI have only good to say about my husband's and my multiple visits for various emergencies, surgeries, and diagnostic tests. We have always been treated wonderfully and with great concern. 100% better than "The Mother Ship"
terrible place if you have an emergency or need any type of medical attention. You're better off going literally anywhere else. the nurses and employees don't care about the patients and it is a very toxic environment. I highly recommend your local walk or another hospital out of town. This "hospital" doesn't even deserve 1 star
Poor communication. Twice I was scheduled for a CT Guided injection and both times they called the morning of to reschedule the appointment. I’m beyond frustrated.
I recently had a bad experience when I made the mistake of bringing my wife to the CMC emergency room with a severe steam burn on her leg. We spent nearly four hours in the ER. When my wife hobbled to the nurses station and begged they provided us with a bottle of water and some gauze which I used it cool the wound while we waited and waited... and waited.
