I went into the emergency Room, for a cat scan and MRI. I went in around 12:30, and then get out until 1::30 in the morning. They put me in a Room in the back corner and I waited for them, and they charged me $18000 to sit net back Room. When they could a had me out within 2 hours. Very poor service and management skills. I do not recommend them to anybody.
Niko from the ER staff was especially rude and unhelpful. 15 people at the desk laughing and no sign of medical care or concern.
We got right in and within 20 minutes we saw the Dr and he went off to go write up her stuff and her meds... Nurse came in to weigh her for dosage. Was impressed! Then we waited for a hour to get discharged, but the only weird thing was a different RN came in and started listening to her, taking temp and starts talking about testing for strept, and swabbing nose ect. we wer very confused she was already diagnosed, she tried to not look silly and said shed check in with dr. 5 minutes later a new nurse came in to do the same s... read more

Lately you can get appoi tments but then they dont have enough staff to treat anyone. you arrrive per their request early for appontme ts then sit for long periods of time waiting as you appointment time comes and goes. They forget we work, so when we dont get paid for coming here, they still except to be paid their salaries which are getting ridiculous. RN at 40-80 an hour Dr much more. Us poor smucks get crap salaries and still have to meet clinic costs for salaries and overhead.
Waits in the ED are interminable. Ridiculous.
