I'm only giving one star cause there isn't a negative star feature!!! My brother has CIDP which causes him tremendous excruciating pain in his arms and legs. This disease has changed his life and forced him on disability as he can no longer work. The only treatment is antibody infusions that are extremely expensive and need to be administered by healthcare workers. My boyfriend has a genetic disorder which causes him chronic pain and after hitting his head on a car door months ago he constantly has headaches and pain radiating from that area. I've had a few issues with nurses here and there not passing messages onto my Dr.'s, other than that I've had nothing but good things to say. If that issue could be fixed I'd give 5 stars. I keep all of my Dr.'s through Dartmouth which allows me the ability to not have to transfer records, remember meds, treatments, etc. Everything stays in the systems locked away when only Dartmouth Dr.'s can access it. The women behind the counter at the ER are absolutely awful. They are extremely rude and not helpful at all. You need nicer staff working with people that are in a hospital!
