I went in for a routine blood pressure prescription refill appt, and figured I would tell the dr about the stomach cramps and diarrhea I've had for close to a week - she asked me, have you tried not eating? My response was, um, no!!! She proceeded to tell me to not eat for 2 days, I could have water, Popsicles and broth. Yep, time for a new doctor.
I chose to go to Cheshire medical to deliver my daughter because it was close by and my friend had a great experience when she had her son. Almost all of my prenatal appointments were amazing and the staff seemed to be very pleasant. The day came that I had my daughter, and everything seemed to take a 180. I wasn't producing any milk, and all the staff gave me horrible attitudes because I chose to give my daughter formula because I felt as though she was hungry. You should really hire new people in the records department. So rude , it's truly unbelievable. Maybe you need more staff , seeing as they are so 'behind' they don't even have time to help someone with a tiny task . Would never reccomend. And seeing as your hospital already has such a low rating, I doubt anyone cares.

I called 911, as advised by the on call nurse, because I had severe pain in my left arm. They asked me to sit in the empty waiting room for 30 minutes and then put me in a room. 30 minutes after that they did an ekg and never told me the outcome. I was in such severe pain in my left arm that I began crying and rocking. I called for the nurse only to be ignored. I asked for Tylenol or anything and was ignored and told that there was someone who was "actively dying" and that they were all busy. I was there until 2:30 am. They ... read more
