Verified Renter It is a clean and nice place to live. But i have had multiple issues since i moved in. I have made the proper maintenance requests and made complaints to the manager at the main office. It has taken the maintenance people over a month to address my requests and none of the problems have been fixed and yet they mark the maintenance requests as complete.

Verified Renter Pretty well maintained, well sized, affordable, and well located. The real issue seems to be with administration. Not only are they not particularly helpful, but they also seem to be understaffed.

Verified Renter It’s a very nice area and updated apartment with just enough room. Since being here though I have had multiple problems. The ac does not work properly. The dryer broke. Toilet holder broke off the wall. Sliding doors to laundry were off track. The toilet does not flush properly. My roommate and I put in work orders which did not get fixed right away until we called multiple times.
