Verified Renter All of the staff is very kind. When we moved in, it was almost all of the way clean but we had to do some touch ups. Also, there are a couple unsolved issues still that were present when moving in, i.e; shower drain wasn't draining but we solved that ourselves and our HVAC unit rattles uncontrollably when turning off.

Verified Renter Still pretty quiet. Parking situation in the front. IE. People from other complexes park in front of our door. & constant matience people/cars almost daily in the back are a little uncomfortable. Privacy could be upped.
