Verified Renter Complex is located in a great neighborhood. It’s accessible to major highways and downtown St Louis. Area has good restaurants, parks, bike trails, stores and entertainment. Staffs and neighbors are friendly and helpful. Pool is nice to have in a warm summer days.

Verified Renter It is a clean and nice place to live. But i have had multiple issues since i moved in. I have made the proper maintenance requests and made complaints to the manager at the main office. It has taken the maintenance people over a month to address my requests and none of the problems have been fixed and yet they mark the maintenance requests as complete.
