Verified Renter Can’t wait for summer time and for the pool to open up. It is finally starting to get warmer out! My neighbor is so sweet. The location is great and close to many things.

Verified Renter Location is great, neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful. Can’t wait to summer weather to enjoy the pool. Having a little delay on my maintenance request, but they seem to be on top of it.

Verified Renter Great location, price is “ok” but is going up, so sadly will not be renewing here. The only amenity is the pool which is nice but was hoping there would be more for the price. Great for families but not as affordable for college students (even though it is located right next to the university). Also, maintenance requests take about 3-4 weeks to complete so that is another downside.

Verified Renter I have had a great experience so far. At first the maintenance issue took 3 months after moving to ReNew, but I knew there was a lack in staff at the time so I remained patient. When everything was eventually fixed, I was satisfied.
