Verified Renter Great place in the heart of Edwardsville! I love the pool, being in walking distance of restaurants and the bike trails, and my awesome neighbors!

Verified Renter Great location, price is “ok” but is going up, so sadly will not be renewing here. The only amenity is the pool which is nice but was hoping there would be more for the price. Great for families but not as affordable for college students (even though it is located right next to the university). Also, maintenance requests take about 3-4 weeks to complete so that is another downside.

Verified Renter The atmosphere is the most ideal for my small family, quiet and clean. Everyone on the office is always friendly and easy to talk to! Have and will continue to recommend these homes. Love what Renew has done to the property.

Verified Renter I have had a great experience so far. At first the maintenance issue took 3 months after moving to ReNew, but I knew there was a lack in staff at the time so I remained patient. When everything was eventually fixed, I was satisfied.
Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood with nice amenities. Great location to nearby shopping, restaurants, and highways….. Great administrative staff and helpful maintenance.
No regard for your personal safety My landlord changed the locks on my unit without my permission and did not give me the new key. My apartment was left unlocked and I had no way of securing it. They have no regard for your personal safety and have done this to others as well. I would avoid this complex.

Easy to Work With I lived here for almost a year and ended my lease early, but the calculations they applied for terminating the lease early and returning my deposit were fair and according to the lease I signed, so I had no trouble getting out paying what I expected to pay. While I lived there, maintenance was great. They always left a note explaining what they did while there. The managers/facilities people never entered without letting me know they were going to be there. I will definitely return to them if I need to rent... read more

dissapointing The value doesn't match how high the rent is. Be aware! They are going to keep most of your deposit. When I moved in the carpets were still wet and covered with cat hair. I rented a cleaner and cleaned them again. All the carpet needed when I moved out was a cleaning and they acted like it needed major repairs. So they kept half of the deposit. I moved far enough away or I would have tried to recoup in small claims court. There has to be better properties with better service.
