Verified Renter When maintenance is requested, the service is not satisfactory. The response time is lengthy. The apartment had multiple issues that should have been addressed prior to occupancy. The apartment was not clean as expected. Additionally, there is mold in the basement that I have reported, but no action has been taken. A new microwave was installed incorrectly, and the door will not open. I have been unable to obtain assistance to rectify the issue, rendering the microwave currently unusable.

Verified Renter Very quiet and clean area. Great place to live. My neighbors are all nice. The Lawn care is great. There are lots of parking spaces available.
Verified Renter Everything went smoothly. From my application process to my move in. I was worried that my keys wouldn’t be ready until closer to three and much to my surprise they were ready a little after noon!
Verified Renter Poor lighting, pool and pool furniture in poor condition, there are never bags for dog waste in the assigned areas. It is important to keep all light bulbs running at night.

Verified Renter I must say, the area around my residence is always clean. The grass,trees,and bushes are kept well groomed. Absolutely no complaints with the upkeep of the outside. However, indoor maintenance issues could be addressed quicker. We have an issue with our garage door that has been open for over a month. This is the reason for four stars instead of five.Thanks

Verified Renter All of the staff is very kind. When we moved in, it was almost all of the way clean but we had to do some touch ups. Also, there are a couple unsolved issues still that were present when moving in, i.e; shower drain wasn't draining but we solved that ourselves and our HVAC unit rattles uncontrollably when turning off.
