Verified Renter Same as everywhere else. Its an apartment. If you've ever lived in one, you know how it goes. Add more college kids to the mix & there you have it. The cost keeps most of the craziness away. Most.

Verified Renter Overall we love living here. The location where we are at is great. Only thing to really complain about was the pool this summer. Very poorly taken care of which caused for not much use from the residents.

Verified Renter When maintenance is requested, the service is not satisfactory. The response time is lengthy. The apartment had multiple issues that should have been addressed prior to occupancy. The apartment was not clean as expected. Additionally, there is mold in the basement that I have reported, but no action has been taken. A new microwave was installed incorrectly, and the door will not open. I have been unable to obtain assistance to rectify the issue, rendering the microwave currently unusable.

Verified Renter Very quiet and clean area. Great place to live. My neighbors are all nice. The Lawn care is great. There are lots of parking spaces available.
Verified Renter Everything went smoothly. From my application process to my move in. I was worried that my keys wouldn’t be ready until closer to three and much to my surprise they were ready a little after noon!
Verified Renter Poor lighting, pool and pool furniture in poor condition, there are never bags for dog waste in the assigned areas. It is important to keep all light bulbs running at night.
