Bobby has always been very professional and personable. Facilities are clean and nice waiting area.

Dealt with manager Nick Brent ,worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Just a back story I live in Pekin and have to drive to Peoria which is more them 30 mins one way. Well I drove there and was informed that my latch was broken which sucked but I was told that they needed to remove the panel to get to it but they have to order it so I have to come back this was the first visit out of 3. I don’t remember the sales advisor but he told me he would take off the 102$ for the latch which I was excited upon arriving again... read more

Fast and thorough. The staff were all pleasant And helpful. Very good experience..I would recommend the service department.
I had my oil changed and they forgot to reset the sensor. Every time I start my car it says I'm doll for an oil change.
