Searched for a vehicle for about 6 months, finally found one that checked all the boxes. Came in to the dealership and was told that the specific vehicle was in the shop for minor cosmetic repairs. Expressed to the salesmen that this vehicle was exactly what I have been looking for. Was told I would be contacted when it was available. No communication from salesmen for weeks. Alicia was wonderful and so easy to work with. She called me and asked about what I was planning to do since the lease on my Pathfinder was coming up to the end. It was such perfect timing. I get so nervous at car dealerships but my experience at Mount Holly Nissan was so smooth and easy. Alicia really helped me and set my mind at ease. I ended up turning in my Pathfinder for a Nissan Frontier.

Took a week to even look at car I bought there. Charged over a thousand for on ignition coil which didn't fix the problem. Took to a real mechanic and he replaced 6 coils and plus for 200....also they won't answer the phone when you call and have a couple different systems to navigate. Also they won't use the correct oil, as specified by Nissan. They refused to use the correct oil. Will never be back.
