Service manager was very unprofessional during my visit. She was loud and talking to the service men as if they were children. She should be in a classroom if she wants to talk to children. We, as customers deserve more. Perhaps she needs to attend a training to learn what it takes to be a service manager that your customers can say great things about. This was really bad.
