Mak helped us with our oil change and service and he was great! Very professional and prompt. We knew exactly what was needed to be done and how much it was going to cost.
My experience was great as usual. I was there for about an hour or so but i was getting a lot on my car so I didn't mind the wait and Cesar was great from beginning to end.

I had the worst experience ever at this dealership's service department. They had my car for an entire month while completing an engine and catalytic converter replacement. The communication was horrendous, and the service advisor seemed more focused on the payment which was covered by my insurance company than actually providing updates or ensuring the work was getting done. If it weren't for my dad constantly following up, my car would probably still be sitting there. Absolutely unacceptable!
