I was in Dallas for a business trip ( originally from Austin Texas) and my head unit screen on my Titan went out and wouldn’t turn on. Not wanting to not have my GPS and stereo working on a long drive home I called Tropgy to see what they could do. Pansy ( Service Manager) answer my call and was able to squeeze me in at a moment’s notice to see if a factory reset would fix the problem. Everyone was exceptional to work with! I drove 2 hours to their dealership to get my truck. They explained everything over the phone and emails, when I got to the dealership Selena greeted me immediately and was so nice to handle every question I had. She went over every detail of my vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with all the features and how they worked. Service was good could have done better with the car wash had dirt steaks every were had to take to another car wash after I left
This was one of my best buying experiences. Once the negotiations were completed, I was out of there in about hour. Joe Simone in the sales department was great to work with.
