They are very good about getting the work done the first time. Amanda is very good at getting the service that we need done.

I took my 2023 Rogue into Uftring Nissian to get a button on the steering wheel fixed. As I was checking in the service adviser informed me there was also a software update recall, and asked if I wanted that done while I was there, I said yes. They offered me a ride to work, but I stayed as I was sure they would have to ordered the part, and would have to come back. In a little under a hour the service adviser came into, the waiting area, and informed me all repairs were done, and I was ready to go. Very happy with the time ... read more
I visited Cherokee Nissan about 4 times hoping to find a used Rogue. Jose and Greg were low -keyed in their manner while trying to help me find the right car. They did not use pushy tactics but were forthright and informative. In fact all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. And I did find a great car!
