You use to be amazing now you get an F minus. 3 hours and 20 min to get an order then it arrives cold like it's been sitting out for hours. This is also a food safety issue.
I used to be a huge fan of chef shuttle when it started. Now I can't say I am. I've ordered from chef shuttle numerous times and it used to be fast and efficient. It seems within the passed few months delivery times are longer, I've gotten the wrong order twice after long wait times, and tried to call them to fix an issue with my order and sat on hold for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I started using Chef Shuttle two years ago for office lunches. The service is convenient and saves me time. There are a wide variety of restaurant choices, enough to please our office crew. The staff has been helpful when I've called. I have also encouraged other coworkers and non-work friends to use Chef Shuttle because of the good experiences I've had. Ordered 3 separate times hoping it would end up better than the last, without holding the fact they are a delivery company and have nothing to do with the way the food is prepped against them, and it's always a disappointment. Last time we ended up with soup dripping out of the bottom of the bag and everything inside ruined and soaked in egg drop. Gave us a $23 credit for the $36.xx charge. Take the extra 10 minutes to leave your house and get it yourself. You wallet and pallet will thank you
The customer service is awful. I wish this was a great service because I would love to use it but the times I have it has been late or cold or missing something. Then they send out these promo codes that half way work and they don't offer anything to solve your issues except an "I'm sorry that happened but oh well."
