This is the second time we have gotten such a rude person delivering our food. They didn't even stay to see that we didn't get all of our food. I call chef shuttle and they tell me I can either get a credit for chef shuttle for my food or they can go pick it back up. To be honest I wanted neither because of how rude the delivery person was but I didn't want a credit since we have given chef shuttle so many chances and have gotten orders messed up several times. Having worked at chef shuttle, I must say that chef shuttle is by far the best company I have worked for. The management team is always awesome and team players and really look out for the employees. Their motivation is key to helping all of us stay motivated and to keep our drive for wanting to serve everyone better. I couldn't ask for a better management team or coworkers. It's just like a family.

These guys are awesome. Prompt and full service provider meeting all my needs. I can always count on a variety of options and courteous, on-time deliveries. The drivers are really cool, too.

We have been ordering from Chef Shuttle since they opened. Their service has gone down hill lately. We are considering not using them anymore. Which is sad because we enjoy the service. But 2 hours to deliver then being late to boot with no phone call is not going to earn my business. The coupon code on their site rarely works, which appears to be on purpose. I've been using Chef Shuttle for a few months now and I've gotten my orders EARLY or on time each time, never late, no items missing, and of course always hot! A+ service

I have always had great success. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that occasionally our food is late; however the driver always calls to explain the reasons they are late, i.e, restaraunt has not completed the order. They have even asked one of their restaraunt so to recommend our meal because it was cold. This is a great service when we are not wanting to cook a meal.

Ordered our food for delivery. It stated a two hour delivery time. That was fine and we knew that up front. However, two hours fifteen mins later we get a call saying that the place we ordered from is not even open. Shouldn't they have known that up front or figured that out quite a bit earlier? This is not the first time we have had problems with them either.

Waiting for over 2 hours for an order is ridiculous. On top of that, trying to get in touch with anyone is next to impossible. I have been on hold with Customer Service going on 15 minutes now.
