Chef Shuttle is now Bite Squad. What that means for our town? No more delivery service. I have been a loyal customer since the beginning and ordered at least twice a week. Very disappointed!
Bought out and no longer deliver to huge amounts of previous customers? Bad business practice. Here comes the competition now. Good luck trying to rebuild your reputation.
The switch to bite squad was the worst decision you could have made.
After using Chef Shuttle very often for years, I am now being told they do not service my area because they are using Bite Squad.

We have been loyal customers of Chef Shuttle since they began. We order 2 to 3 times a week. They have had several mishaps in the past but have credited our account and we let it go. But today was the worst experience we have had. We ordered after a baseball tournament at 8:00pm and was given a 9:25 delivery time. We order from them every week and they continue to screw up our orders. The drivers would do a better job if they stayed off the phone and put their ear buds up!!. No one ever looks to make sure the order is correct. They NEVER bring silverware. Even when we call and tell both the restaurant and delivery service. We paid them a $12 tip to do a ten minute delivery. We received our food 30 minutes late. IT'S NOT THAT HARD.
