Placed an order and it said that it would take 2 hours to get. 15 minutes before the food was to be delivered, they called and said that the restaurant was closing in 5 mins and they would not be able to bring us our food. When you have 3 kids waiting on dinner, that is extremely frustrating. No apologies were made. Bad customer service chef shuttle!!
Have used a number of times over the past two years. Tonight I tried to use a gift card and online wouldn't accept it with response that it was expired. First off, don't think that's legal. I called and spoke with woman who said their gift cards are only good for 90 days. This was purchased on 9/22 so expired 12/22... Again, don't think that's legal. Waited well over an hour for my order. Finally got a hold of someone in customer service to find out the driver was only then on his way to the restaurant. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Will never use Chef Shuttle again.
There was a chef shuttle driver at Shorty Smalls that was so rude and cussed me and a friend of mine. I love using chef shuttle but would hope that the drivers you use are polite to people when representing your company in public. Not to mention he drank a beer as he waited on someone's order... very disappointing!
I ordered an hour and 26 minutes ago and I'm still waiting...
I love Chef Shuttle! We use it all of the time and have never had a problem. Great customer service and always amazing food. ��
