I have ordered everything from Gus's Fried Chicken to Star of India and the food is always delicious and hot. Sometimes in busy hours it takes the full time to get food delivered, but tonight for dinner my food from Raduno (pizza and salad) was delivered in under 40 minutes! Thank you!!

This is the third time I've ordered food through Chef Shuttle for business meetings at our office. I've never had a completely accurate order or it be delivered on time. Today, I ordered six items for my boss' working business meeting. Four of the items were correct. One item was not received at all (so everyone else is eating at the meeting except for the President of our company). Then one item was incorrect on the other order. These are emails that I sent to Chef Shuttle after speaking with_____(wouldn't give name), Andrew, Jacob, and finally Adam(Chief Logistics Officer). This was my first negative experience with them, however it has left a lasting memory. Has anyone else had things like this to happen? I was talked to like my preferences didn't matter. I ordered the first time from them about a year ago. My order never came because they said my card didn't go through. But they had sent me an order confirmation right as the order was placed. They tried calling me that time to let me know a what had happened and at the end I took fault because I had missed their calls and only found all that out when I called them. This second time I placed an order and again my card does not go through because apparently the zip code is wrong but yet again they send an order confirmation. I... read more

It takes too long for food to be delivered. I might as well go and pick the food up myself. We ordered food at 5:45 & it didn't arrive until 7:20. If you use this service, make sure you order your food 2 hours before you want to eat it.

While the Conway location is good and mostly consistent (deserving of 3-4 stars), the Little Rock location is just awful. The orders are rarely correct, almost always late, and the chef shuttle staff makes very little effort to correct the issue. We didn't order at our work for over 2 months because of the disaster it was the last time. We tried to be optimistic and ordered yesterday. Our food was wrong, missing multiple items, and was a half hour late. Chef shuttle blamed the restaurant for the issues with the order. This i... read more
