1 out of 3 orders was a "success." And success would be stretching it.
Will not be using again. First time and last. It's been 30 minutes passed our "scheduled delivery time" and food still isn't here. Called and they said the driver just left.

Thanks Chef Shuttle! I've ordered several times and have had correct orders and prompt delivery all but once. The one time was ordering in Benton and opening weekend of the Olympics. Food was super late, but I was emailed a gift certificate. Used it tonight and dinner arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule! Not to mention my delivery driver met me with a smile and was very professional and friendly. I should have gotten her name. ��
I've used ChefShuttle numerous times. I'm used to waiting an hour for my food, but tonight, it's been 2 hours since I placed my order and still no food. Very disappointed. They will not be my go-to anymore. I'd rather go pick up the food myself from now on. 2 hours! Ridiculous!
