Unfortunately this has been an ongoing problem with ChefShuttle NWA, which I have spoken to the owners about, but customer service is either very restricted by what they can do or do not care. Ordered On The Border, 3 entrees- came with 3 bags of chips but no salsa. I called and they said the driver would bring it by. An hour later and nothing,so called again and the rep offered me $4.99 for the salsa. That's not what we want and not the point! Who wants Chip's with no salsa? What a shame. Very disappointed in their customer service. Our order arrived without any dressing for our specialty entree salads. I called the company and they offered to send the driver back to the restaurant, but we did not want to wait any longer for food as it had already been an hour since our order was placed. If he had gone back, the delivery time would have most definitely exceeded what I was guaranteed. All I was offered was an apology. I ve ordered 3 times 1st time great second time food was gross restaurants falut yesterday i ordered Chinese food asked for no onions cause im allergic but what do i get onions thanks for my kids extra meal
I was staying overnight for something at UAMS in Little Rock, and I was excited to know that this service was available since I'm from out of town and not sure what was around. I ordered food from Star of India, which was wonderful, and the delivery was super quick! They estimated 6:15, but actually showed up early! I would definitely use this service again and will recommend it!
