Thank you so, so much for this service!! Surprising my parents on Christmas Eve in the hospital was wonderful! It was right on time, and their favorite meal was prepared exactly as ordered! I highly recommend this service and so thankful for it! Merry Christmas!

My first time ordering with the Chef Shuttle and I am impressed! Order arrived earlier than expected even in the horrific rain today and the driver was such a sweet lady and my food was hot and great! Saved me from a doomed pizza day for sure. Will recommend and use this service again!!

I had such high hopes for this service, because it is much needed - but I am very upset about my experience. When I called after 1 hour, the driver had not arrived at the restaurant. I feel this was a big bait and switch. Since you put a 5 minutes time limit on canceling, I am expected to take your word that my food will be delivered in a timely manner. No mechanism seems to be in place to inform customers of higher call times or EXTREME delay.

I have used them for about a year now. It is always something.... flat tire, electronic malfunction, got lost...... I just ordered again to give them one last chance and to no surprise and hour and half later I get a call the driver had a flat!!! Ugggg..... I'm so done with them. I tried several times and luck still the same.

This is the second time we have tried this option. Trying to support them, but very disappointed with the service. Would like to visit with the owner. Will not give this another chance and I could not in good faith recommend this service to anyone. Good idea just poor plan

Yesterday was the first time my office crew had ever used Chef Shuttle. It was POURING down rain and no one wanted to leave. We've tried to have delivery places deliver to us in the past but because of where we're located, no one would ever deliver here. I expected that it would take quite a while to get our food considering the weather but it was here 15 minutes EARLIER than what they said. The food was still hot and it was exactly what we ordered. To be completely honest, there 15$ minimum is absolutely crazy, with delivery fee it always comes out to be $25+ and that's just crazy. You have Shake's as one of your places you can buy from, I wanted to get a Sandwhich from Stoby's and a Shake from Shakes' for a total of 16$ plus the insane 5$ delivery fee, but you have to have a minimum of 15$ PER restaurant, that's insane. First time and last time to order.......Ordered at 5:48pm.....internet stated delivery by 7pm. Driver calls at 7:01pm says it will be 30 more minutes. Call contact number, states he should be at our home before then.....its now 7:44pm and still no delivery!!!!! NOT HAPPY!
