Used twice and two times the order was wrong and even an item was missing. Can't trust them to use again or recommend.

Terrible service had to wait 2 hours for food it was cold and would not give me money back and sent me wrong food
Never on time, was told delivery time of 30 mins and that turned into 1hr. Will never use chef shuttle again!
I'm usually very happy with Chef Shuttle, but I ordered a meal at 5:20 with a delivery time of 7:30 and at 7:50 still hadn't heard anything. I called and was on hold for 5 minutes before speaking with someone who only told me the place was busy and the driver left a few minutes ago. Finally at 8 I got my order...
Ordered food and it took them two hours to contact me to tell me I won't be getting food delivered. They had not been able to get in touch with the restaurant. Two hours!! They would refund my money. Umm it's 9PM now and we haven't eaten because we were waiting on Chef Shuttle to deliver. I'm very disappointed.
Literally JUST received food after ordering at 6:30. I was so hopeful that this business would take off in Hot Springs, but things are not looking so bright…especially nearly three hours later...
