ordered. checked on order 3 times. after 2 hours called & they said they did not have my order. they did say they were sorry but that was it . 1st & last time we will every order from them. they did not make things right with us. not worth wondering if you will get your order or not.

I see some complaints posted here. Maybe good service depends on the driver? Hope I don't jinx it but we have been very pleased and we have ordered around 20 times. I would like to see more restaurants participate, though.

I will never use chef shuttle again. Took two hours to get the food & the driver didn't even make sure the food was correct (which it wasnt)! I basically paid $26 for 1 sandwich and 1 kids burger because everything else was wrong. Horrible!

Placed an order at 6. Called at 8 pm 30 min after it was to arrive. They are sending sometime to go get it. Dinner at 930 sounds good

We used to use their service regularly. Then, last year on several occasions, they arrived at least 30 minutes later than scheduled. So, we stopped using them. Tonight, we decided to give them another try. Sorry we did. Placed our order at 6:45 and it's still not here (8:35). I did receive a call from them indicating the driver was late. Duh. No offer of a coupon or refund for our inconvenience. So, so done.

I placed an order today, and was surprised that the delivery time was nearly two hours out, but decided to wait. A few minutes later, I received a call saying they only had two drivers, and it would be at least an hour later than the delivery time I was given, so I cancelled my order. Extremely dissatisfied with my first chef shuttle experience. EDIT - Chef Shuttle reached out to me and made things right, and I agreed to give them another chance. I have ordered from chef shuttle multiple times for some reason...always hoping the service would be better and it has gone downhill from there. Our food is alway late and cold. We order from the same restaurant everything with late service and low quality food. We have called every time and get the same I'm sorry it won't happen again crap. Needless to say I am done with chef shuttle.

Today Jan 12, 2016 I ordered a meal for me and my husband from El Porton. I ordered at 5:15pm and was eating by 5:50pm. Our driver was fast, the food was hot and he was really nice. He didnt give us his name so i cannot tell you who he was. This was my first time ordering from them and this was the experience...will probably be ordering again! I was very impressed.
