Exceeded expectations on our first two orders! Great job!
Last three orders there has been a problem. They always apologize but don't offer any kind of credit when you don't get part of your food. I'm done with trying. Good idea. But bad service.
Used this service for the first time last night and was beyond pleased. The food was just as hot as it would have been if we'd eaten in. The delivery charge was very reasonable and I liked the option to tip with my card instead of having to scrounge around for whatever cash I may (or may not) have on hand. I'll def be using Chef Shuttle again. Hopefully even more restaurants in the area will make their services an option.
Ordered at 6:14 pm. Picked ASAP delivery. Other choice 7:30 pm delivery. Finally delivered at 7:49 pm. Not impressed! Should have driven down there, eaten, come home and still would have beaten slow delivery. Again not happy!
